LORD, GRANT ME THE GRACE OF FAITH |
Our Father... Amen, amen, I say to you, you will weep and mourn, while the world rejoices; you will grieve, but your grief will become joy. (John 16:20) Hail Mary... So you also are now in anguish. But I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy away from you. (John 16:22) Hail Mary... But at daybreak on the first day of the week they took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. (Luke 24:1) Hail Mary... They found the stone rolled away from the tomb; but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. (Luke 24:2) Hail Mary... While they were puzzling over this, behold, two men in dazzling garments appeared to them. (Luke 24:4) Hail Mary... They were terrified and bowed their faces to the ground. They said to them, "Why do you seek the living one among the dead? (Luke 24:5) Hail Mary... He is not here, but he has been raised. Remember what he said to you while he was still in Galilee, that the Son of Man must be handed over to sinners and be crucified, and rise on the third day." (Luke 24:6,7) Hail Mary... And behold, Jesus met them on their way and greeted them. They approached, embraced his feet, and did him homage. Then Jesus said to them, "Do not be afraid. Go tell my brothers to go to Galilee, and there they will see me." (Matthew 28:9,10) Hail Mary... Then they returned from the tomb and announced all these things to the eleven and to all the others.
